1. Eco Palms House:
Eco Palms House is located in Lao Chai Village, not far from Ham Rong Mountain and Sapa Rock Church. Rooms here have a view overlooking the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Muong Hoa valley. Eco Palms House consists of 5 bungalows. These 5 houses are designed and decorated as typical as 5 houses ofethnic minority living in Sapa such as H'mong, Tay, Dao Do, Xa Pho and Giay. The houses are designed with materials such as bamboo and wood, which are not only very simple and rustic, but also help the guests to feel cool in the summer and warm in winter. Each house is full of utensils,the decor layout is extremely impressive.In each room having 2 traditional costumes for guests to take photos or wear to the market. 2. Sali House:
It is located at the end of Ta Van village, about 20-minute drive from the center of Sapa. Coming here, you will completely immerse yourself in the nature and many interesting activites such as: taking a tea cup in the early morning, bathing in streams, eating armpit porcupine, drinking apple cider. This homestay is extremely beautiful and designed in a subtle way that preserving the architectural integrity of the ethnic minority. Just standing in the yard, visitors can admire the Hoang Lien Son range and terraced fields, enjoy the fresh air. Especially, bathrooms have special glass panels, so you can enjoy the scenery outside while taking a bath. Moreover, you can also explore the ancient rock reefs with age of more than 2,500 years.

3. Gem Valley:
On the way down to Cat Cat village and far away about 2km from the Sapa’s center is Gem Valley. This place is considered as a "dream house" and attracting many domestical and foreign visitors. This homestay is decorated very nicely under the eyes of the artist. Every morning, when getting up, visitors can welcome the dawn and see the sunshine is dancingin gorgeous valley and terraced fields. One special thing is that visitors can enjoy breakfast which is prepared by the owner with fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden.

4. Viet Trekking:
The house is located at the end of Hoang Lien road. Perhaps this is the most beautiful sight of Sapa. If you wake up in the morning, you will feel astonished because you are surrounded by a floating cloud ocean. Sitting by the window, you can look at the majestic Hoang Lien Son Mountain and Fansipan Mountain. Small homestay is the ideal place to watch the sunshine every morning. Sapa Night Market is very near here so you can walk there to enjoy grilled food.

5. Phơri’s House:
It is located at the end of Ta Van village, about 8km from the center of Sapa. Rooms have views overlooking the valley and terraced fields. In front of the house there are small streams. Visitors come here can completelygetaway from the crowded streets andblend into real nature. Sitting in flat rocks nearstreams and reading books are experiences that could be no more interesting and memorable. Decor in the house are lovely, impressive and unique. Here, you can go shopping yourself, use cloth bags made by Phorri and pick vegetables up in the garden for cooking. In each room, wine and clean cafe are readily prepared.
