Cooked seafood (such as shrimp, or crab), or pork, beef and chicken, it depends on your taste. Firstly, you have to boil the water, then put vermicelli in there to heat within 3 to 5 minutes. Then you put it out and let is drain.
Secondly, let is take another bowl of water to drip the wrappers. One small attention is that you only need a little water to soften this wrapper. Lay wrapper flat. In a row across the center, place a handful of ingredients which leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side. Folding uncovered sides inward and make sure to tightly roll the wrapper.
Thirdly, making dipping sauce. It is the mixture of fish sauce, water, lime juice, crushed garlic, sugar, minced and chilli.
Forthly, all you need to do last is serving Spring rolls and dipping sauce.
