  • Firstly, you have to boil the water, then put vermicelli in there to heat within 3 to 5 minutes. Then you put it out and let is drain.

  • Secondly, let is take another bowl of water to drip the wrappers. One small attention is that you only need a little water to soften this wrapper. Lay wrapper flat. In a row across the center, place a handful of ingredients which leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side. Folding uncovered sides inward and make sure to tightly roll the wrapper.

  • Thirdly, making dipping sauce. It is the mixture of fish sauce, water, lime juice, crushed garlic, sugar, minced and chilli.
