Hanoi - Halong Bay 3 days 2 nights

Day 1: Hanoi City tour with Viet Unique Tours (B, L, D)

8.15. am: Tran Quoc Pagoda & West Lake

The bus and tour guide Viet Unique Tours will pick you up from hotel in old quarter about 8 AM, driving to Tran Quoc Pagoda is located on an island east of West Lake (Tay Ho District), with 1500-year history, which is considered to be the oldest in Thang Long-Hanoi. It was the Buddhist center of Thang Long citadel in the Ly and Tran dynasties. With its historical and architectural values, Tran Quoc pagoda is famous for its sacred Buddha land, which attracts many Buddhists and visitors to Vietnam.

9.15. am: Ho Chi Minh complex

Visitor to Ho Chi Minh complex (Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the presidential palace, house on stilts the  final  resting  place  of  Uncle  Ho,where  He  lived  and  worked  from  1954-  1969).

10h00: Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

This is the most recent yet probably the largest and undoubtedly the most interesting Museums in Ha Noi and Viet Nam. There are both indoors and outdoors section, while the in – housed exhibition is particularly infomative, the outdoors display and activities make the museum stand out from the rest. There are a number of houses modeling after the traditional architecture of ethnic minorities, especially those who live in Northern and Central highlands.

12.15.pm: Lunch Time

1.30.pm: The temple of literature (The first university in Vietnam)

Being an ancient school of Thang Long and the first university in Vietnam, Temple of Literature is acknowledged as an ancient historical-cultural heritage which gives tourists

deeper understanding about Hanoi's years of culture and tradition. 

02h30: Hoa Lo prison

It were built in 1899. The French kept mainly political prisoners here along with those awaiting sentencing at the nearby Court of Justice,also where American pilots who had been  shot  down  and  captured  were  kept  as  prisoners  of  war.  The  pilots  called  it, sarcastically, the “Hanoi Hilton.” John McCain was held here at various times during his five and a half years as a POW.

18:00: Hanoi Street Food tour with Viet Unique Tours

- Discover Hanoi 36 street, know about Hanoi's history sitting out door like as local people on low chair

- Enjoy the most famous cuisine in old quarter like as: Egg coffee, Hanoi noddle soup, Hanoi dried beef salad, daught beer (Bia Hoi), Hanoi roll cake, Obama dish...

- Stop at the variuos venders and taste what's on offer

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B,L,D)

Referent: Top thing to do in Halong Bay.

7.30 - 8.00: Our shuttle bus will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Drive to Halong City.  Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side.

10.00: Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 30 minutes

11.30: Arrive at Tuan Chau island – Take break and welcome drink at Cruise boat 

12.00: Transfer to Cruise

Welcome drink - receive cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in. Start cruising and explore Halong Bay - one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12.45: Enjoy a lunch with Vietnamese dishes served while cruising through the bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas, such as Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim beach, Coconut Three Island

13.30: Visiting Tung Sau area, is covered by the leaping rocks, cultured pearl fishery. You can wit yourself the process of the jewel, from culturing to harvesting and sculpting, Moreover, you have a chance to do kayaking based on your preference. Enjoy busy space with pearl maker, you can experience the completion of pearl.

16.00: Visiting the beautiful Ti Top beach for swimming (if the weather permits), Ti Top Beach is especially famous for its fresh atmosphere, clean water, and smooth white sand that create a great ambiance for tourists to relax or passengers can take steps to reach on the top of  Ti Top beach to have a whole panorama view of Halong Bay.

Back to the boat and free time while sailing to Luon Bo area, and anchor overnight.

18.30: Option: Massage service available. Please book with Cruise Manager directly (please see massage menu)Attend the Cooking class on sundeck – How to make Vietnamese spring rolls - traditional Vietnamese food. Then enjoy Happy Hour (Buy one drink-get one free). It is time for chit chat and relaxing. Watch the magnificent sunset over Halong Bay. 

19.30: Dinner – Deluxe Vietnamese and International BBQ Set Menu Dinner

Evening activities include: Leisure time to enjoy a chat around the bar, watching movies and many sort of Vietnam cultural films, relaxing and spending a romantic night on cruise's music, playing cards, chess are available, reading magazines in room and dining room. You may also try your luck at squid fishing & fishing from the boat.

23.00: End of Program for Day One.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B,L)

06.00: The day starts early onboard with Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi also called Tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.

08.00: Coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape.

Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting. Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most biggest cave in Halong bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

Back to Cruises. Check out and settle your bill at reception.

11.30: Have a lunch while cruising back to the Tuan Chau Wharf. Relaxing on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery while approaching the wharf.

Disembark to Tuan Chau Wharf. Say goodbye  to the crew.

12.00: Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus

Stop over the middle to visit a traditional workshop and refreshment about 30 minutes.

16.30: Arrive in Hanoi

End of the trip. Take flight at 20:00 pm.
